Erika's 2025 Holiday Gift Guide

I love a gift guide, and this year I've put together some of my favorite things to share with you. Some are things I've discovered on my own, some were introduced to me by brands, and some were created by friends or I created them myself!

So let's get into it! Here are my 2025 Holiday Gifting recs for Women of a Certain Age- in no particular order!

For the friend who loves rituals:

For the coffee lover who can't sleep at night:

And I know there isn't a lot of research on the efficacy of grounding sheets and mats, but I will tell you with 100% certainty that I am waking up less at night and feeling more refreshed in the mornings.
