MEET YOUR COACH.

I'm Erika, and I've spent 18+ years in the fitness and wellness industry. I  hold certifications in Group Exercise, Pre/Postnatal Programming, Programming for the Female Client, Heart Rate Performance, Indoor Cycling, Understanding Hormones, and I'm a Certified Menopause Coach Specialist. I've designed original fitness and wellness programming for big brands including Beachbody, Equinox, SoulCycle, Daily Burn, Reebok, and more, and appeared in several national publications as a fitness expert.

My mantra and battlecry is "If You're Moving, You're Winning," and I truly believe that! My passion is helping people feel at home in their bodies, regardless of what life throws at them. I use movement as a way to connect to self, and am here to tell you it's never too late to live a life you love in a body you love.

So... What can I expect from these workouts?

 

What I do:

  • Encourage you to explore your comfort zone, and push past it for your own growth and confidence.

  • Empower you to make your own choices- you know your body best! Modifications and progressions are part of every workout.

  • Challenge you to use body and brain in tandem with fun sequencing and lots of awareness cues.

  • Teach you new ways to move and nurture your body in ways that feel good. We feel the burn but move away from the pain.

  • Celebrate you for showing up and doing what you can do that day, even if it's just the first five minutes!

What I DON'T do:

  • Assume you want to lose weight. You'll never hear me utter phrases like "tank top arms," "summer bodies" or any of that BS.

  • Bait you with empty promises about how my workouts will change you, because change is a big picture subject that involves much more than exercise, and is very much up to you.

  • Guilt you into doing more than what you can handle that day. If you're moving, you're winning, and everything counts!

  • Sell you on supplements, diet plans, or anything else that is out of my scope of practice as a fitness professional and coach.
