For nearly two decades, I've worked as lead talent AND behind the scenes in fitness and wellness, producing content for Equinox, SoulCycle, Daily Burn, Beachbody, and other major brands. But I kept noticing the same pattern: The industry celebrates women through pregnancy and postpartum, then essentially ignores them for the next 20+ years.

That's why I now speak on three game-changing topics:
