I really get it.
I'm Erika, a fitness and wellness expert with 17+ years under my belt in the industry. I'm certified in Understanding Hormones, Programming for the Female Client, I'm a Heart Rate specialist, and most importantly, I'm right smack in the middle of perimenopause myself. I've designed original programming for big brands including Beachbody, Equinox, and more, but designing for THIS population has become my passion and my purpose.
I see you, I get it, and I want to help. So I took everything I've learned from my years of being an on camera trainer, Head of Content, and nationally recognized expert, and created this program for you. I know that perimenopause and menopause journeys are not one size fits all, and the cornerstone of my work is to honor that your experience is unique and deserves to be treated as such.
So... What is Hormonal for the Holidays?
A 6-week, low stress coaching program, designed to help women in perimenopause and menopause have an ACTUAL good time this season, despite symptoms and stress.
Running from December 1, 2023 - January 11, 2024 (but everything is available on demand - I know it's busy season!)

5 group coaching calls, where we will explore the topics of movement, nutrition, sleep, and self-care for optimal feel-good times.

5 under-30-minute strength workouts that integrate the principles of menopause training, including pelvic health and moderate intensity cardio (you will keep access to these and can repeat them as often as you wish)
- Holiday Vision Statement worksheet to help you set your priorities (we'll do this together -it's not homework!)
